"Mr. Russell is an MVP at Iva Elementary. He is always busy doing something every moment of the day. He is a smiling face that our students can count on every morning when they enter the building or see him in the hallway and cafeteria. He takes time to form relationships with our students, making a difference in their lives. We could not do what we do at Iva Elementary without Mr. Russell. His dedication and work ethic are amazing, and he truly wants what is best for our staff and students. Mr. Russell does so much for us, and we cannot thank him enough!"
