Coming out of Thanksgiving break feeling incredibly thankful for our amazing students, dedicated staff, and a schedule that supports growth and connection. From Club Time every Friday 🏫 to our Quarterly Healthy Habits Assemblies 💪, our students are building the skills they need to tackle challenges with perseverance and problem-solving strategies. We are truly grateful for all the opportunities we have to grow together! ❤️ ✨

🌟 The SIMS Team: Passionate, Committed, and United! 🌟 Today, our PLC was all about analyzing data and preparing for upcoming data chats for our Winter iReady Diagnostic Assessments on December 10th (math) and 11th (reading). 💡👩🏫 📊 We had a blast collaborating in teams, competing in a grade level challenge, and brainstorming how our learning today connected to how we analyze student data and set goals with our kiddos. 🙌❤️ Here’s to always growing together and supporting our students in every step of their learning journey! 📸: A few snapshots from today’s PLC
Friday Fun at SIMS! 🎉 Our football team celebrated their shut-out against Belton with well-deserved donuts, and our students had a blast competing in the annual Corn Hole Tournament! 🍩🏆 It was a fantastic day filled with fun and school spirit!
🥫✨ Keep the Donations Coming, Tigers! ✨🥫 Our SIMS students are doing an amazing job collecting canned goods and nonperishable food items for AIM and Meals on Wheels! 🙌 But we still need your help! 💛 Please bring in your donations to the Student Government Association by Wednesday, November 20th. Let's make sure we can spread some extra love and support to our community this holiday season! 🧡 Together, we can make a difference! 💪
We are super thankful these amazing little goodie bags that we can share with students on days when they need a little pick-me-up! Thank you to Casey McClure and those that partnered with her for making these bags and donating them for our students!
The SIMS Football Team wrapped up an unforgettable season with some fun before the big win! At their final practice they had a dance-off before beating Belton in the season finale. 🕺

Tomorrow and Friday SIMS will hold our Annual Corn hole Tournament! It will be take place during each related arts period for all grades. Concessions will be sold during the tournament. All proceeds from concessions will go toward our SIMS Angel Tree Fund.

Some of our SIMS SGA members had the opportunity to attend the SGA District Rally held at Truth Tabernacle in Starr, SC hosted by Crescent High School's Student Government. We can't wait to see their learning in action!
